they spent a lot of time on their phones. One guy complained the whole time. One guy was brand new and didn't know how to use a hand truck and kept running into things.
Let's clarify this situation. We know moving is stressful. And you seemed stressed. You yelled at one of our crew members. It was heard by all crew members. The manager of the branch was working the job. None of crew members are brand new. The only time the crew members were on their phones is when your husband bought them lunch and asked them to stop and eat it. You truck was loaded in 6 hours and was loaded from front to back. You talked disrespectfully to all the members of the crew. You were hard to please and we tried to meet your satisfaction. Sometimes we just can't make people happy, no matter how hard we try. If you read our other reviews from that day or the day after. All of them had the same crew members, and they all were happy with their moving experience.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
