The 3 guys they sent to load our truck did a terrible job! We had everything ready, boxed and stacked. We had a 26' truck, way more than enough to hold all of the things we were moving. They started out ok at the front of the truck, but before they got halfway done, they just started throwing things into the truck. We told them we still had several things we needed to load into the truck in the morning and they assured us there would be plenty of room. They damaged several things, broke a few things, and wasted a LOT of space in the truck. Their inability to pack correctly didn't leave us any space to pack the few things we had left. We had to leave behind a small standup freezer, several small items and we had to donate the rest, some of which meant something to us. We took pictures of everything, including the wasted space left in the truck and plan on making a claim, since they made us take out insurance. I wouldn't recommend this company, since I don't feel they hire people who are qualified to do the job, OR they don't train them well enough. We would not hire them again.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It’s always great to be prepared, Our company understands that it can sometimes be difficult to prepare for a move when you are on a tight schedule or last minute. Feel free to contact us for any questions or concerns you may have. We are always available to help.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed thousands of local and long distance moves over the years including both residential and commercial moves. We are experienced in disassembling, reassembling, and transporting any type of piano( upright, baby grand and even grand). We can also move any items around in your home for you upon request.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I personally enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and I enjoy being able to travel to different locations that I haven’t visited before. Mostly, I enjoy hearing positive feedback from all of our wonderful customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are knowledgeable in wrapping & packaging household items as well as loading each container in a way that maximizes all available space!! In addition, all crew members are background checked and have at least 2 or more years of moving experience prior to starting with us.
