True they were late to arrive due to several circumstances. BUT they kept me informed from before the expected time of arrival. Every time the situation changed I received a call. I was offered a replacement team for the unload but refused it. I wanted the original team to do the job in spite of being later than the requested time since they were diligent to keep me informed and I was not under any time restraint for that day.
Once they arrived they went out of their way to provide the best service possible, quick and efficient.

Steve and Ryan were incredible! We had a little snag that delayed our move in process by about an hour. Steve and Ryan showed up on time, gladly waited until everything was resolved and moved everything into our house from 2 storage containers! This was our second time to use the services of Strick-Fos moving. We were pleased with their previous work three years ago and sought their services again. They arrived before their scheduled time, calling ahead to assure that we were ready. Steve and Ryan worked steadily and efficiently, loading and securing our belongings within a 16' PODS container. What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed thousands of local and long distance moves over the years including both residential and commercial moves. We are experienced in disassembling, reassembling, and transporting any type of piano( upright, baby grand and even grand). We can also move any items around in your home for you upon request.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I personally enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and I enjoy being able to travel to different locations that I haven’t visited before. Mostly, I enjoy hearing positive feedback from all of our wonderful customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are knowledgeable in wrapping & packaging household items as well as loading each container in a way that maximizes all available space!! In addition, all crew members are background checked and have at least 2 or more years of moving experience prior to starting with us.
