Joe was experienced and he and Adam were strong to do the lifting under control and safely. They were also not put off by the many tools and artisan pieces that were not boxed or boxable. There were no bedrooms and I kept telling that to HireaHelper but they did not note that or remember that. American Independent Movers did not consider that a problem and just went to work. They had good humor too, which made the work fun.

They arrived on time, were efficient, worked hard, changed the way my cabinet was loaded when I thought it looked unstable the way it was sitting in my pickup truck bed without any hesitation. The only complaint I have is that paying $368 for two guys for a two hour minimum to do a job that literally 20 minutes is excessive. I was able to hire one guy for $200 at the other end of my move when I had the cabinet unloaded and taken into my home.

I was really happy with the service I got from American Independent Movers. I used the to unload my moving truck. We were running late in arriving and they were able to adjust their arrival time to mine. They also checked in periodically with me while we were traveling. On site, they worked very hard and were very respectful of my property. I would definitely use them again.
