Arrived right on time and went to work. I have NEVER met 2 young men as polite as these two. Extremely cooperative and knew what to load in right place. All furniture was wrapped and plastic covered.
Need to move? Hire these guys. You won’t regret it!!!!

I was not very impressed. This was my first time hiring movers and I’m not sure I would pay the money again, at least not these guys. They tried to change the time a few times, which we had specifically scheduled around our work schedules, but they ended up working it out to show as scheduled. We only really needed them for our heavy items out of our trailer, which they often were avoiding and grabbing lighter boxes we were setting aside. They were very slow, and did not seem like professional movers. We often were having to advise them how they had to grab furniture so it wouldn’t break weaker areas, or make it through doorways. They did use straps and busted the bottom piece of an entertainment center we discovered the next day, and have many dings on our new walls and doorways. They were very respectful, just wasn’t as impressed with them as I had hoped.
You chose to stick to the original time which was fine but did result in a less experienced mover.
Informing the client of a delay with a solution with plenty of time in advance should not be criticized as bad.
Normally, we load the boxes first then secure them with mattresses and heavy furniture to make a secure wall so they can not shift. Again, this is not a bad thing.
The movers sent me a picture of the damaged entertainment center before they even moved it and told me they pointed out the damage to the person that was there as well.
I attempted to call you and left you a voicemail asking you to call me back. Complete customer satisfaction is always our number one priority.

They did an overall good job and moved all of our furniture into the house. We had contracted for 2 hours and they didn’t have enough time to assemble or unwrap most of our stuff but we opted not to have them stay longer. They were reliable and showed up on time.
