The guys showed up on time - actually we were held up picking up the rental truck and they were so accommodating, happy to wait and we didn't get charged until the move actually started which was so nice. Guys worked hard and did a good job unpacking a storage unit and packing the truck. These guys care!

Make sure to make positive phone contact with Yellow Dolly Moving to make sure they have you on the schedule. In my situation, Yellow Dolly contacted me at the time they were supposed to arrive and told me they hadn't seen my work order before just now. They scrambled and found 2 workers, but they arrived several hours later than I wanted. Certainly not the workers fault, as they were fantastic. I'm not deducting from my rating for this since the email I received from Hire A Helper instructed me to make contact with the company as soon as possible. I did not do that, so I'm taking some of the responsibility.

The two guys that were sent were efficient and fast. They packed well, my items were not damaged and put into the truck. They were hired to pack items from a 3bedroom home into a 26ft truck and then unpack into a storage facility. The storage facility packing wasn't the best thought out packing as things were not put in so that one could actually use the most of the space so each time I go to the storage facility I have to move things out to get to items. If items like boxes were stacked higher in the back I would have more walking room in the storage. Currently it filled up to the front with a lot of empty space in the back. Even with this they did a great job getting me in and out quickly.
