Tom, the gentleman who confirmed the job, insisted he could pack all my belongings into 1 16ft container. I had already contracted for 2 containers. He also insisted that i did not need to increase the time needed to more than 3 hours. Since he is the professional, I trusted he knew how much time was needed. This was after I paid him to come to my home and see what I needed to be moved.
Moving day, he seemed to be training the other mover, he was directing him most of the time. After 3 hours only half of my belongings were in the container and Tom advised me that his next customer would not allow time for him to finish my move and they left. I had to call to hire additional movers to complete the job at additional cost.
I feel his unprofessional attitude caused unnecessary stress and I would never use them again or refer them to anyone.
