Hello I wanted to leave a review for future buyer beware. I booked with Tom and Moving that Workx. Things started off very well. My move initially included 4 stops but ended up being 3. As a result I didn't need the extra time I pre purchased. PLEASE NOTE THIS MOVER WILL NOT RETURN YOU FOR UNUSED TIME. And for that reason I will not refer again. Tom was very personable and although he was late due to traffic he did do a great job moving my things. To be fair I was running late too. My issue is the extra hours paid for labor that were not worked.i also sent email/text requesting if we could reschedule another day for the extra time and no response. Beware! I'm out $150.

Tom and his assistant arrived 10 minutes early. In uniforms, Tom was very friendly, reviewed task, was open to changes, and assisted moving other items to garage. They covered any area of possible contact. Took time to show tricks of the trade how furniture comes apart and back together. Also followed all covid rules

A big thank you to Tom and Malik, they were awesome. The communication was very professional. As soon as I had asked for help, Tom reached out immediately. My pod was very delayed from 1-800 pack rat.
Moving that worx was very nice about pushing back my start time. Very accommodating. The team showed up and we’re ready to go, they had materials to protect my entryway as well as a carpet runner so the carpet wouldn’t get dirty. They were both very inviting and friendly. They were very respectful of my property and took care of everything. These guys don’t slack off, they were here to get it done and get it done right. Thank you again and if we move again we will definitely use them again. Thanks again I appreciate all your help.

These guys are fantastic! We couldn’t be more happy with the assistance we received. Both gentlemen were very polite, courteous, and efficient! Our scheduled arrival time was between 10am-11am..these guys arrived before 10am and completed our move(a jam packed 15ft uhaul truck before 10:30am! I would recommend them for any moving assistance! Tom was extra fantastic!! Thank you Moving that Worx for making our day much easier!

These guys were great! Extremely professional and courteous, and went out of their way to keep our floors and furniture clean even though it was rainy and muddy coming up the steps. They finished in under the allotted time and helped clean the U-Haul and fold the moving blankets. Like I said, I can not recommend these guys enough, and I also can’t thank them enough. Thanks guys!!!

They were on time, actually two minutes early and Mr. Tom called when they were enroute. The job took two hours extra but they stayed and work diligently. Tom and Malik were fantastic and I highly recommend them for any job.
