Great service!! The crew was efficient, professional, and a good group of guys that worked well together. Highly recommend!!!

They were supposed to come at 10am. I called at 10:50 to ask where they were. I was out on the patio emptying my flower pots. I called. Mailbox was full. I emailed them. They emailed me back ( no phone call) .
The email said that they came at 10:00, no one answered so they waited 20 minutes then left. I was here at my apartment the entire time. No one came to the door. The dogs did not bark. They said in the email that I would have to find someone else to do the job. They stood me up and left me high and dry!! Not even a phone call - I had my phone on me the entire time! They blamed me by saying that " I should have been ready".
I broke down in tears. I had to call hire a Helper to hire another team for that day.
**Do not hire R.E.D.S.** - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - DISHONEST!
I would not recommend them to anyone.

This is the second PackRat pod that R.E.D.S. packed for us and they did just as an amazing job on this one as the first. Furniture was well wrapped and packed in precisely like a well fitting jigsaw puzzle. In fact it was so well packed that we were able to have them add all of the furniture we were getting rid of because we didn't think it would fit in the pod! Highly recommend them.

Friendly, fast and efficient! The speed and efficientncy of which our PackRat pod was packed was amazing and we were honestly shocked that they not only got the shop/garage items in the pod but also almost virtually every box, three large pieces of furniture from the house and some filler items! Great care was taken with packing it in with no space wasted. Highly recommend R.E.D.S and have them coming back next week to pack the second pod we have coming.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers can expect a quick confirmation call to confirm date, time and location. Any additional details needed for the job can be communicated through email or text message.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive and do a walk through of the home to get a better idea what we will be doing for the day. We will lay down floor protection upon request and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Prep work for moving is time consuming. Have everything packed and wrapped before we arrive to save time on your move. We can pack boxes and pad and shrink wrap furniture but it can add some time to the job but we are skilled and efficient when it comes to these tasks.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done almost every kind of move imaginable. Local, long distance, office. We load pods, trucks, trailers, any kind of container or vehicle used for moving we have experienced.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is all the different stuff you get to see and helping people make sure their most prized possessions travel safely from one location to the next.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We pride ourselves on our ability to load trucks and containers and being able to fully use all of the space provided.
