It was terrible service.
10:30. they called and told me they would be at 11:00
11:20. They had not arrived. I called them and they said they needed 30 mins more.
They arrive at 12:00. The guys did not have a mask.
After work, I requested them to throw the box into the dumpster. They just put the box next dumpster and left.

After the people from the first moving company I had scheduled (Kellers Movers from Altoona, PA) NEVER SHOWED UP, never communicated that they were not showing up, and I was unable to contact them, Sergio from Hire A Helper was able to schedule Magnificant Mighty Movers to do the work I needed. Alvin “the Magnificant” and Brandon showed up on time and set to work unloading some heavy furniture pieces from the U-Haul and carrying them to the second story apartment. They placed each item at the requested location and made sure the job was complete before leaving. The apartment was newly painted and despite carrying the heavy furniture, there was not even a single mark on any of the walls. They were very careful. I enthusiastically give Alvin and Brandon a “BIG THUMBS UP” for “saving the day. They are true professionals and I know they are valued employees and Magnificant Mighty Movers!

Guys did their job professionally but not being vaccinated for covid (in Aug. 2021) is no way to offer service in a home. Lucky this was a one time deal.
