They showed up to the apartment we were moving out of before we even got there with the U-Haul. I booked 2 helpers for 6 hours but was surprised with 3 people (2 were trainees) but they all worked hard and got the job done in 4 hours. They were friendly and polite with great manners, and they were very down to earth. They took care of our stuff and careful loaded and unloaded our property. We will be needing a moving company in the future and they will definitely be our only choice. "Magnificent" and "mighty" are very fitting words to describe them.

On time. Quickly reviewed the move, then all hustle to get things staged and packed. Everything from a metalworking lathe to a glass tabletop were strategically packed tight and padded. No breakage!
All-in-all a very untypical move, furniture and a metalworking shop. Al and 'D' didn't blink an eye, and 'got 'er done'. Nice job. Thanks!

I moved from an efficiency apartment into a second floor two bedroom apartment. I hired 2 movers for 2 hours, only to unload.
My movers were two guys in their late teens who seemed to have very little experience with moving. They showed up 20 minutes past the end of the arrival window. Fortunately, my son and I had about 1/3 of the truck unloaded before they arrived. I had to show them how to maneuver larger items up the stairs and around corners, they damaged some of my furniture and the walls to my new apartment.
I asked their manager, who arrived about halfway through the time, if they usually use dollies and other equipment. She told me that U-Haul should have provided all the equipment.
I am glad that these kids are working, but they desperately need training and basic mover's equipment.
At times, they each carried a single, lightweight (3-15 pound) item up the stairs when mutliples could have easily been managed.
My nephew moved recently and hired movers who were strong, hard working, and efficient, so that's what I was expecting. My son and I did the vast majority of the work, which my new landlord even commented about.
They were here for the 1 1/2 hours before all was unloaded. Thank God my son came, even though I'd told him he would not be needed.
So, yes, I am glad these kids are working, but I certainly cannot recommend them at this point.
