We immediately contact the customer after booking, to confirm details of the move including type of move (residential or commercial) whether appliances will be moved, any needed packing, use of dollies, and assembly/disassembling of beds, dressers, etc.

We confirm the day before the location and time that we need to arrive.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It is helpful if boxes are already packed to ensure an efficient move - we can wrap with blankets or plastic wrap as needed.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all types of residential moves from apartments, homes that have basements with two and three stories that have no elevators, town homes. residential complexes with elevators, commercial moves, sports equipment moves such as treadmills, elliptical machines and weight equipment. Our service area is the entire Mid-Atlantic region.
