The guys overall were good. My issue is the owner overcharged me. I added 1 additional hours after I saw they were running behind.
My husband asked how much additional time did we need. The mover said 1 hour. That’s what I added. We get to the storage to unload and it’s a different story. They needed another hour. So the owner stated for me to pay the additional hour in cash. I went to get the money since I couldn’t add it to the Hire a Helper sight. On my way back, the owner called and said I needed to pay another $50.00. because the guys were there another 11 minutes. I asked why did 11 minutes cost me 50.00? That was his price, so I paid it. I later spoke to a representative at HireaHelper who told me that I should not have been charged an additional 50.00 and that I should have never gave them cash.
