I found the guys to be courteous and helpful, but the helpers who unloaded the pod said that many items were not covered properly and there were a lot of scratched belongings.

The loading was okay, pleasant, but when I unloaded many of the wood pieces had scratches and dings. I gave them blankets but they put the wood furniture on the wood floor without protection. The leg of the couch was broke. So just an okay for me. They need supervision to protect your items.

These guys are polite, professional and they work hard, but they lack common sense in packing. They rushed the job, did not blanket wrap items that should have been wrapped and packed things together that would break. I would not use them again.

These guys were very flexible with me as I didn't know exactly when my stuff was going to show up. They made short work of my shipping container.

the guys were going to be late so they sent 4 instead of 2 so that the job would be done in time. I didn't think everything would fit in the truck but they packed it expertly. They did an awesome job!

Very nice job moving heavy book shelves downstairs. They were concerned about not damaging anything. Also placing them where I wanted them. Very friendly and accommodating.
