My guys were on time to the job and got to work. They were fairly professional, strong and efficient. But there were definitely issues with their service. They brought three men, instead of the requested two. One of the men seemed to be in training or not even part of the company as he didn't seem to know what he was doing. I working to move boxes and wrap fragile items and when I came out to the truck after about 40 minutes, they had packed about 10' of truck, but they had left about 2 feet of space at the top. When questioned about leaving space up top, they said they had plenty of space in the truck and didn't want things falling over. I trusted their judgement and it was too late to go back and repack everything anyway. About halfway through the truck, they changed their mind and started arranging things to be packed to the top, but it was too late. It became very apparent that they wouldn't be able to fit everything in with about 5 feet left of space, though they kept insisting it would. I had to scramble to triage what NEEDED to go on the truck, and what would have to be left behind. They ended up spending the extra time needed to finish loading things into the truck (which they charged for). I had friends coming to help finishing load the truck, and they spent another couple of hours unpacking the last 5' of the truck that could be worked with and repacking to fit as much as possible, but in the end, we still ended up leaving a lot of stuff they we wanted to take (including a treadmill, bike, ladder, lawn equipment, air conditioner, dolly, and other items) that would have fit on the truck if it had been packed properly.
In addition, upon unloading, I found that a nice shelf unit was broken due to it being turned upside down and packed on top of. They also broke blinds in the house while moving boxes. The guys were nice, and I would have loved to give them a better review if they had done a good job.
