I can't recommend this service enough. They were on time, got to work right away, and were so helpful.
I had ordered the wrong size truck (it was too small) and they did everything they could to fit in as much of the heavy stuff as possible.
Some items did get damaged (and perhaps a little more attention to the stuff marked "very fragile" would have been prudent) BUT that was because they were trying their best to make the situation work and fit a large amount of items into a small space.
I would definitely use them again, but in the future I will make sure that I have the correct size truck!

Both gentleman were delightful to work with, given that it was sort notice and horrid weather to move in their attitude was fantastic. Moving in general is very stressful, they were a great stress relief!! Job well done!

The movers were competent and got the job done. They were not on time, but made up for the late arrival by having additional manpower. Also, our apartment constituted a difficult and they dealt with it fine.
It was a good deal considering the price and the services supplied. If you are very concerned about the timing and the handling of your items you might want to consider a different company, but if you are just doing a no-frills in-town move or a couple of helping hands, then these are the guys for you!

Although our crew was not able to make it on time, due to being caught in traffic caused by an accident, they called within 10 minutes of the expected arrival time to let us know they would be delayed. Upon arrival, they got right to work, worked efficiently, and finished the job within the originally allotted time. They were quite respectful of our property. Definitely would use them again! Thanks.

Rashad and his partner (I don't remember his name) committed to the job on short notice - the morning of our unloading in New Haven when we made arrangements from the road. The process of getting a commitment was quick and easy.
Rashad called to say they would be about twenty minutes late, and they showed up promptly at that time. They were very organized and professional in unloading a packed 16 foot Budget truck, and completed the work within about ninety minutes.
Also very much liked the system for releasing payment.
I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Best $180 we spent in the entire moving process. My son, who doesn't like to spend money on ANYTHING unnecessary, completely agreed.

Fantastc job! They arrived on time ready to work. The job was finished in less time than I thought possible. We had been working on moving these items for three days and I was ready to give up. The service workers saved me days in work by their organization and speed. Yes, I would use them again.

We had to move our company quickly, and with these gentlemen, they were the best choice. The rate of price, timely manner on which they moved all our stuff, taking desks apart, organizing the truck, loading and unloading. I am so Happy that we went with them. Rashad and the other young man were very pleasant. They were both strong, worked well together, and really easy to direct our needs to. I would definitely hire them again.

These guys are excellent. On-time, very pleasant, smart, careful, and very helpful. We had to improvise at a couple of points, and they adapted easily and without problem... I wish all helpers were this good, and strongly recommend!!

First, they never called to confirm the reservation, I had to call them. Second, they were upset about the "between 6 and 7" time that I chose. It wasn't a big deal, so I told them if they came later that's fine, just to let me know. They requested that I call them once I was close to the unloading site, but my phone was dying so I called them sooner, to let them know we won't be home any later than 6:30 and to plan for that arrival time. My phone died during the travel, though I was hoping they would be there by 6:30. They weren't. When I called to ask their whereabouts, Rashad said, "They are just leaving now, they will be there in an hour." They moved fairly slow in the beginning, but once they got to the boxes they moved a little quicker. The whole project was done within an hour so I tipped them $10 each which they probably spent on munchies on the ride home. Helpful hint: If you're a moving company, don't complain about Hartford rush hour when the people you're helping move just came from BOSTON!
