What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
High energy and efficiency. We understand that you are using your hard earned money to hire professional services. Therefore, each move we make on move day, we make with purpose. We do not waste time on site at any job.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Ensure a clean and open working environment. Make sure that all boxes are labeled properly especially those with sensitive documents or fragile items. If any special instructions are needed beforehand please inform your onsite Crew Lead.
What types of moves have you handled?
Over 10 years we have handled it all, local, long distance, office moves, restaurants, bars, bakeries, training facilities, and private corporations. We have also handled sensitive moves such as senior assisted living and divorcee situations.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
During your move, I find great satisfaction in the way our customers are able to feel at ease with our services. We know that moving can be the most stressful time in our lives, however, we tend to make it both fun and memorable. It's hard to come across people that not only love their job, but they also love the results of their hard work and dedication. We pride ourselves in our skills and abilities to create a work environment unlike most moving companies.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each one of our crew members undergo extensive training that lasts around 60 days. In those 60 days, they learn particular skills and safety protocols that help uphold that standard that we hold so dear. Our keys to success is in our ability to service each and every customer. So, each crew member is individually trained until they are deemed able to work at the standards and expectations of Poly Wide Transportation.
