What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us, you may expect contact within 24 hours by phone and/or text. We will discuss the job expectations, scope, and expected time, and we will confirm by text the day prior to moving.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on-time (or a little early). We will go over the scope of the job, and confirm the details. Protection (floors/doors/banisters) as needed. Any items with doors or drawers will be shrink-wrapped, and furniture assembled/disassembled as required.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We are fast and efficient, and there are some things that help the process. Everything should be packed. Disassembling furniture and shrink-wrapping items can save considerable time, as will having appliances ready to go.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our work is primarily local moving, and we've done a share of office moves. We will work in central Oregon and on the coast by arrangement.
