Mark and his team were incredible. A little late as they were held up at their previous project, but it didn't matter as they finished my job in just a little over half the time booked. They handled my possessions carefully, even taking the time to do makeshift packaging around televisions and secured everything in the truck so that even after a 500 drive through some very hilly terrain, everything stayed in place.

These guys were awesome! They arrived promptly both days and were excellent. Loading our uhaul took the full 2 hours so we were glad 3 of them were there. Unloading the next day only took an hour so they helped us build our beds after since we hired them for 2 hours. We are so glad we hired them!

they were very prompt, friendly, and efficient! we made a stop between my old and new place, and when we arrived with the truck, they were already there bringing the couch down from the person I bought it from :) I was skeptical to pay someone to move my things since "I can just do it myself" but honestly the money spent was sooooo worth it. I'm recommending master core to anyone who needs movers.

They were late so we called them. After we called, they then said they had a flat tire and weren't going to make it for awhile. Interesting that they didn't call us to let us know. The manager claimed it they were going to be there on time, but it just happened except we called them after they were late so how could they have been on time and it just happened? Again, why wouldn't thy call us instead of us having to call to check in? We asked them to send others and they said they would, but it would take awhile. We went back and forth with them and they weren't able to do anything else. We asked for them to send more than the 2 we requested to speed it up, but they said they couldn't. Eventually movers arrived 2 hours late, which put us really behind schedule. We were moving across the next state and had movers set up to unload at our new location. Luckily, they completed the loading in only 2 hours and our other movers in the next state were much more accommodating and on top of everything. Would not sue them again.
