they were not movers, they were hired help that knew nothing about packing a pod.
they literally tossed my furniture in the containers with no plan of actual packing.
they had no packing supplies or even furniture pads, which I specifically requested.
they were late and left before the 3 hrs paid time
they left pieces of my furniture on the platform. they then left. the storage company employees had to up pack the back of the container and re pack...after the hire a helper left.
they were supposed to give the container keys to a representative of mine. They were late so my person had to leave.
