I hired Beagle movers to load my moving truck in Fort Defiance AZ on 4/4/13. I spoke to Mark a couple of times prior to the move and things seemed pretty on the level. I mentioned twice that I had a very heavy dresser and that other than that the move should be pretty easy. I was moving from the Navajo indian reservation and so we worked out the geographical information in regard to the distance between where his company resides and the location I was living well in advance.
On the day of the move my team did not show up as scheduled, I waited a half hour or so and called Mark, who seemed panicked and stated that the team he was sending has car trouble and that he was sending another team, and they should arrive very soon. I made one more call to check progress about half an hour later and Mark told me that they were about 5 minutes out and that he was also sending me an additional team from so that I would be getting two teams for the price of one.
Two native American males knocked at my door and when I answered asked me what I needed them to do. Come to find out these were not professional movers but day laborers that Mark had hired off of Craigslist, and the team that was sent to help me additionally had the necessary invoice for Beagle to get paid. I told the native males that I was moving and that I needed my moving truck loaded. They got to work straight away and started loading the truck quickly manually lifting my heavy dresser down a flight of stairs. Halfway into the loading the other team showed up, with no equipment and a great deal of ego, and took over rapidly loading my stuff on the truck. The total loading process took only 2.5 hours although I had paid for 5 hours of service. The native team was under the impression that I was supposed to pay them and so I called Mark and he talked to them and assured that he would pay them. The moving truck was picked up and I left Fort. For the next couple of days I received text messages from the native team, who did the bulk of the work and a much better job, unbeknownst to me at that time. They has gotten my number from the hospital where I was employed and were upset because they had not been paid and Mark was giving them the excuse that it was the Sabbath and that they would get paid a day later. Mark and I exchanged some heated emails and he terminated communication with me. My truck arrived in shambles, I have pictures. It looked like a tornado had blown thru it. My living room and bedroom furniture was badly damaged and the knobs were torn off of my washer and dryer costing over $200.00 in parts alone. I have pictures of all of this. As of yesterday, 4/17 the native day laborers, who did the most and most quality work still had not been paid. Shame on Mark and his religious excuses. What goes around comes around.

The young couple -- Pennay and Marshone -- that helped us move provided excellent service. They were on time, hard working, respectful and very careful with our property. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. I had zero complaints with them and approved payment to them immediately after the job was done, which they saw me do.
However, even though I got a text message from Beagle Moving that the helpers had been paid, a follow up by me to the helpers revealed that they had not been paid and were told by Mr. Anderson, my contact for Beagle Moving LLC, that I had not approved payment among other stories. Hopefully, Beagle Moving will rectify this.

I hired beagle moving to load a moving truck for me. They arrived and immediately started to say they were going to need more time before they even started. They ended up working 3 hours over, if the workers would have been working for the first few hours this would note have been needed. They did not finish the job, I was told over and over that there were only a few items left that i could get them myself. I hired some additional help the next day to finish the job. My moving truck was packed horrible, i had two flat screen tv's that were placed on the floor of the truck. After traveling, we reach our destination to find that a brand new dresser, night stand and another dresser had been scratched to the point of no repair. I was extremely upset to see how my furniture now has puncture holes due to the movers placing side tables on top of them. Absolutely the worst service that i have ever recieved. The quality of work was horrible not to mention my belongings being destroyed.

Nice group of people. Very hardworking!!! They showed up on time and we got a 26' truck unloaded in 2 hours. I contracted another hour to help move some things from the garage to the house and some things from the ground floor to the second floor. I would recommend them.
