Very efficient, these guys got it done!
I held off making this review to see what shape everything was in after the trip from SE Florida to SE Michigan. Everything was fine, in fact, I can’t see any evidence at all of contents shifting.

The worst experience. Significant damage to our newly renovated home. Rude and disrespectful workers who were warned repeatedly about the damage they were doing and ignored us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My encounter with Cartier Moving services was nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me deeply dissatisfied and regretful of my decision to engage their services. Despite shelling out a significant $516 for two men for a three-hour job, the experience was plagued by a series of disappointments.

To begin with, the crew's tardiness set a negative tone for the entire engagement, arriving at 3:30 pm instead of the agreed-upon time. This delay, coupled with what unfolded later, left me questioning the professionalism of Cartier Moving services.

As the movers got to work, their focus seemed to be misplaced. Instead of prioritizing the careful handling of my heavy furniture, they were more interested in dealing with numerous boxes. This was particularly frustrating as I had explicitly hired them for the purpose of moving these large, cumbersome items.

Adding insult to injury, my dissatisfaction reached new heights when I discovered they had not only neglected my instructions but also managed to break several of my precious vases and figurines. The lack of care and attention to detail was not only disappointing but also left me with damaged belongings, compounding the overall negative experience.

The final blow came when, after one hour and fifty-two minutes, the movers abruptly stopped working at 5:22 pm, leaving me with unresolved issues and a feeling of being unjustly shortchanged.

In light of the tardiness, misguided focus, and heartbreaking damage to my belongings, I cannot in good conscience recommend Cartier Moving services. I hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering their services.

This particular customer was heavily intoxicated the whole time we were there she was smoke weed and drink WINE with her partner. We arrived at their location at 3pm which was scheduled time, ( we have call log to prove that) when we arrived this customer only had 4 boxes done for packing and the whole house was a mess, she was complaining to her partner that she had 2 months to do the packing and nothing was done. We decide to help her out with the packing at no extra cost to her while we're trying to load her pod at the same time. Half through we've explained to her that we can't fully load the pod properly to take advantage of all the space we have if all the things in your house aren't packed, we've explained the process to her and she agreed. We agreed with that she would have to pack everything in boxes before we can continue, so it would be best if she scheduled us to come back the next day. The next day she called and she offer me $50 to come back to finish the job that she ignored to do herself, so i declined her offer. She then proceed to write this review above. CHECK OUT OUR PAST 25 REVIEWS THEY'RE NOTHING LIKE WHAT SHE TRYING TO PORTRAY OF US.
