The two gentlemen who came to my house did a great job. They were very respectful, and worked very hard. I would definitely use them again. Mom moving did a great job.
However, the same thing cannot be said for Hire A Helper. I find that it is very bad business to percharge for services you are not going to provide. My quote was for a minimum of two hours, and the charge for a third hour was quoted and charged to my card. The final payment would not be released until the job was finished.
The job was finished in two hours, as I have been informed, is the normal time required to fill a 16 ft Pod.
When I called in, I was informed that the third hour would be charged, and that you do not issue reimbursements.
I will inform Pods of this unfortunate business procedure, and request that they do not recommend you as such a good business partner.

This was by far one of the smoothest moves I have ever done. The men showed up before time and handled everything with care. The even finished in less than 2 hours! If you just need help moving things in and out of a storage unit and into or out of a container or truck they are the people to hire! If i ever am moving again I will definitely use these guys!
