The two men arrived at our home to help us unpack our PacRat storage unit. They did introduce themselves to us but I do not remember their names. I am sorry I just have been dealing with a lot of people this past week. They were early, and dressed appropriately and professionally for the job. They communicated easily with us and did everything we asked of them when moving the delicate items into the house. I would definitely use Hire a Helper again.
