The movers were awesome! They did a fantastic job, and their help was greatly appreciated.

On the phone, they were very accommodating. So, my initial feeling was very good. We were supposed to have 2 helpers for 3 hours (6 man-hrs).
On the day of the pack-out, only 1 packer (Bob) actually showed up on-time. He waited for the other packer, who was an hour late. The other packer only stayed 1 hour. Since they can’t work alone, the day was a complete waste of time I did call the agency/scheduler to find out if another packer would arrive and was told yes, the new packer is 30 mins away.
That new packer was over 1 1/2 away and only stayed for 30 mins
Bob is a good, dedicated worker.
