Very polite, curteaos and very careful. Arrived on time and did an excellent job. Actually they went above and beyond what was expected of them. Made sure every item was wrapped and placed properly in the POD. They made sure the heavy items went at the bottom and the lighter one's on top. Arranging stuff in the POD is like solving a puzzle. He made sure that the entire POD was used most efficiently. And yes, of the other options their rates were the lowest. Will highly recommend them without reservations. Great job !!!

Our 2 movers were fantastic. 100 degrees out with 2 flights of stairs and they carried everything carefully and professionally. Nothing broken or even close to damaged. Showed up early which was awesome as well. Moving from a long ways away and having Low Rate Services LLC be so professional and hard working was great. Would absolutely recommend and hire again if we move

The crew from Low Rate Services did a fantastic job of moving items from our 5th floor apartment downstairs into our U-Haul truck. It was a hot day (100 degrees) and the service elevator wasn't working that day, so the crew had to use one small elevator and/or the staircase. They never complained but just kept working effectively and efficiently, and they also were very careful with all our items. They were all very competent and pleasant. They are excellent representatives for Low Rate Services, and we would definitely use them again. Thanks so much for all your help!

Showed up on time, called ahead, careful with furniture and floors. They had the challenge of moving an elliptical upstairs and used the manual to take the arm off and on correctly. All staff were polite and respectful.
