Leroy and his partner showed up on time and worked hard loading my 16' PODS unit. Finished in under the 4 hours I reserved. It was hard work and they both kept going, never took a break or waited around for me.
I wasn't totally happy with the packing. We ended up not fitting everything in the PODS unit (partly my fault). Also, I had straps and moving blankets to secure everything but they didn't use any of those. A couple of my furniture pieces ended up with burns from rubbing against something after the trip across the country in the PODS unit. I think the blankets if used would have prevented that. Also, a lot of my boxes crushed and some fell into the door on the trip. In the grand scheme, nothing broke in the move and there was minimal damage.
