I spoke to the head mover during the work. One of the people he brought to assist couldn't care less about my belongings. He was rough with the boxes and had a bad attitude. I would not recommend this mover.

Their speed and honesty were great, but the damage to some items could have been avoided if they used the 30 loading mats provided , but only used 5 of them. The damage to a brand new BBQ grill, coffee tables, table lamps, couches and head boards could have been avoided. Disappointing offloading my furniture and seen the damages. Not happy as these items are 3 months old. Not sure what will be done about this but will wait for Hire a Helper to intervene.
