They communicated well before the job. We booked three guys for 4 hours to load a 26 foot truck. They actually finished in under the 4 hours. However we were all packed and had most of the furniture wrapped. (this is for someone that reads this review to understand that we were very ready for them so they could get loading immediately) They were respectful of our property and belonging. On time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, fast and hard working guys. I called to confirm the appointment and had a nice conversation with the gentleman. He asked if I had tie down straps to secure my belongings incase the POD was not completely full. I did not so I purchased them and was glad that he reviewed this with me! Five stars!
