THEY DID AMAZING!! Moved all of my stuff in very quickly. They were very careful with everything and polite.

1) window was 1-2p; showed up at 2:24p
2) upon arrival; I see only 1 guy. I question: aren't there supposed to be 2 helpers. He says yes... the other guy was sleeping in the car.
DUDE YOU GUYS HAVE HAD ME WAITING OVER AN HOUR; get your butts moving!
3) yes, he apologized for being late
4) helper #2 asked for water; BEFORE he even lifts a mattress or breaks a sweat on my job
5) helper #1 took no less than 4 phone calls during my move; and no, he didn't let me call you back... he took the calls and TALKED and TALKED.
Don't plan your day; wait on what you are given; NO RESPECT.

They did an amazing job. They worked very hard and finished on time. We had a lot of fragile things and they were very gentle with it and loaded it in a way that everything made it to another location without a scratch. I will definitely use them again.

Couple guys unloaded 16ft truck in about 1.5 hours. Were careful and thoughtfull with my posessions. Great work and good dudes.

There were a couple of issues with a delay that were beyond the owners control. However, Alex went above and beyond to make sure he took VERY good care of my move in spite of the initial challenges. I intend to use Alex for all my future moves!

NO DOLLLY WAS PROVIDED , SO THEY HAD TO TAKE ONE BOX AT A TIME. SAID THEY FORGOT DOLLY DUE TO ANOTHER JOB THE NIGHT BEFORE. THEY HAD TO DO 2 TRIPS BECAUSE THEY LOADED THE TRUCK WRONG, I HAD TO TELL THEM MANY TIMES HOW TO PUT THE FURNITURE IN. I COULDN'T RECOMMENDED THE ONLY REASON I CHOOSE THEM BECASUE THE SALEA LADY RECOMMEND BECAUSE SHE SAID THEY HAD NO SHOWS. BUT ILL GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE NEXT TIME.
