What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with Drop It Delivery, customers can expect a confirmation call, email and/ text message regarding their upcoming project. The initially follow up will outline the scope of work to be completed and verification of the scheduled date and time of their project.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers will receive a call or text notification on the ETA of the movers. Once onsite, the Team Lead will complete a quick walkthrough and then will start the job immediately. All of our team members are professionally trained and properly equipped to handle your request.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customer must have moving supplies and materials, unless requested in advance. Those includes but not limited to: moving blankets, boxes, mattress covers, tv box etc. Items such as medications, important paperwork (e.g., social security cards, birth certi?cates), and anything highly valuable or sentimental to you such as (jewelry, bank account information, credit cards & cash etc.) should be set aside. On your moving day, place these essential items in a safe or luggage bag you’ll carry with you.
