They worked well together, and made thoughtful, conscious efforts to ensure heavy and awkward items were moved without damage and collaboratively chose the most efficient and timely processes. I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile and help with whatever was needed. They also chose to stay positive and upbeat on a very hot day moving heavy items outside into temporary storage. Awesome duo. Very respectful, and hard workers. They arrived on time, worked diligently up and down 3 flights of stairs to get the job done, and barely took any breaks in the heat. I had to tell them it was okay to rest a bit. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
As to the owner. She is the best. I was in a bind having to move my items quicker than I scheduled and she worked wonders in getting me this duo crew at an earlier time. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

If I could rate these guys ten stars, I would do it! Bobby and his crew were fantastic in loading our 20 ft. UHaul truck. They shrink wrapped and protected our furniture so nothing was damaged. At first we thought that there was no way everything we had (multiple cartons and plastic totes) would fit, but Bobby is a "master" at loading and got everything loaded with no problem. They were professional and courteous and we enjoyed having them help us! They were indeed a blessing and made out move to Florida less stressful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!!!

The helpers worked hard but made poor decisions on what type of equipment to use bringing furniture upstairs. A two wheeled dolly was used and damaged the new floors on the stairs which was just put in the remodeled house. Been 4 days since I submitted the pictures of the damage and have not heard back. Still waiting!

I paid for two moving crew to help me package and load my POD container for 3 hours. 1 of the 2 workers was hard-working and was getting things done. The other gentleman was older and might have had pain issues, but it seemed like he was not very efficient in his work. I did end up having to pay for extra time to get the work done, but I feel if both workers would have been both equally efficient, I probably wouldn’t have had to pay for extra time. Overall, they were definitely helpful in getting my POD container loaded, but the overall experience could have been better.

The two men that came and helped were excellent! They even worked through 2 hours of rain on our truck unload. Carried a lot of the heavy stuff to the 2nd floor. They laid down paper in the entry hall so the floor wasn’t scratched too. Very pleased with the help and the service! Worth every penny!
