If I could give Stack in the Box and Jerome 100 stars, I definitely would! In today's world, it's not very often that you come across such impeccable service. Jerome was always available to answer my questions before my load date. They showed up on time (about 15 minutes early actually) and were completely prepared for the job. We had a lot of stuff and they worked so hard to make it all fit. They were all very nice, just all around good people. All of their Mothers should be VERY proud! If you need help loading or unloading your POD, look no further, these are the guys you want.

Jody and Brandon were great guys and worked really hard to load up our POD as quickly as possible. They arrived early, and did their very best to put my one million boxes in our POD within the three hour job we requested, but when it couldn’t be done and we needed another hour to get the job done right, they were very understanding and good-natured about it. I highly recommend this company for all your moving needs!

Brandon and Jarvis did a fantastic job. They were on-time (actually early) and they got stuff moved into our POD and into the truck to go to the storage unit. Once we got to the storage unit, they unloaded the truck in no time. They worked super hard and were so nice. They had a great attitude. I would definitely use them again. This was just to move stuff into storage to prep our house for the market. When we are ready to move, I will definitely be contacting Stack in the Box.

If there was a 10 rating, i would definitely give it to them. They were great, very respectful, treated my belongings carefully. I was relocating from another state and was driving and had So many issues with the u haul truck. I had to reschedule about 3 times and Mr. Jenkins was so accommodating. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
2-day prior confirmation Free disassembly and reassembly. You also get to watch use play Tetris with furniture.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If at all possible put items in boxes and tape them closed flat. Please notify the crew of any specialty items prior to the move date (Load/Unload).
What types of moves have you handled?
We service local, in-home, intrastate, interstate, office moves and senior citizens relocations.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people from different walks of life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Common sense training; ergonomic training....making less steps gets more done. We are attentive to the customer’s belongings.
