2 gentleman showed up 30 minutes late from the time window but evidently had the wrong phone number on the account for contact. They were very prepared and helpful. The guy was lazy and complaining the whole time. The other guy had to keep telling him it is a job and we have to do it. Then at the end they had 44 mins left we asked him to move a table and this guy was so unprofessional. He approach me aggressively like nah nah we not doing it. I told him fine leave, he didn’t want to leave from in front my house after being asked repeatedly. I told my brother as they were yelling at each other that he had a gun on him. Also broke one of my tv stands and said nothing. Damage my walls and said nothing. I will never use this service ever again.

On there moving day the client will be contacted by Unity Professional movers to notify that the crew is enroute and go over any last minute moving plans!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best way to prepare for a upcoming move is to have everything boxed or bagged and ready to be loaded or unloaded. We always tell our clients that our guys move faster when everything is packed and ready. A mover is able to transport more things thats boxed then carrying one or two things by hand.
