My crew was awsome, worked tirelessly for 2 hours, they took minimal breaks, i tried to keep on them to hydrate as it was a hot day. Ruby, James and i think William were all very nice and persoable. Would use them again if i ever moved again. Thanks, Mark Newcomb

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this crew! They arrived on time and were prepared to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. The team was awesome. Ruby was extremely helpful and very good with contacting me and communicating throughout the process (The move was extra stressful, because the previous occupants were not out our house when the were supposed to be). Her team arrived promptly and were friendly and courteous. Izaiah was especially great and made sure his hands full on the way in and the way out (with trash or other wrappings). I plan to have the team help with my parents move next month.

I received this company after the previous one had to cancel last minute. Ruby was very communicative prior to arrival and while they were late, I was informed of the delay.
Things started out well, but when the 2nd helper showed up, things went downhill fast. He was not careful and broke/scratched multiple items. Additionally our stuff was stacked in the main room and not divided into the rooms as requested. We couldn't navigate the house without moving things.
I would not hire this company again and am very disappointed in the service.

Absolutely amazing! They were respectful to my property, loaded efficiently and in a very timely manner. Highly, recommended. It will take a huge load off of any persons/family move. I only used their load service but I wish I had used more of the services they provided as well as used them to unload.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We understand the concept of "home." We know it can be frustrating so we contact our customers to discuss their request for service immediately after receiving their orders and tailor our moves upon agreement of the terms to insure an efficient, seamless move. We reserve the right to adjust our prices and add service crew members based on the size of the loads we move. Each order can be modified.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We arrive on time and work according to the requests submitted on the order. Any changes to the agreement can be managed properly with a phone call or a decision by the Team Leader.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We will load, unload, wrap and package as requested by the customer. We perform the duties as requested on the order.
What types of moves have you handled?
Most of our moves have been local, residential moves. We have recently expanded our services to accept Corporate moves. Growth is good!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love the interaction with the customers and enjoy helping them move to the next chapter in their lives.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We show our new movers how to lift, stack, load and unload boxes and we make sure they are well able to handle moving equipment. They are especially trained to communicate properly to all customers and provide the highest level of customer service.
