Antonio and Tony were fantastic. They unloaded our POD and put everything in the rooms we wanted. They went the extra mile to protect our new refrigerator by taking it through the yard and in through the sliding glass doors. I would use them again. Highly recommend.

The two helpers Tony and Antonio were not notified they were coming until 2 hours after they were suppose to arrive. The two young men great. My issue is with manager Matt who agreed to change our date and time from Saturday at 10 am to Friday at 3:30. I called Matt at 4:00 on Friday requested an ETA and he said "Let me check and I will call you back!" . No phone call and by 4:45 pm I called several more times with no response and left messages. At 7:00 pm I called Hire A Helper and they notified Matt who said he was getting someone here. Finally at 8:05 pm they arrived. Again the two young men were excellent. Matt did not even call to apologize for his error. Then Stephanie from Hire A Helper seemed so disconnected from what happen and only apologized after I said what is your response to what happened. I hope in the future Budget is more in touch with this service to keep them honest about their errors. I will never use their service again due to Matt.
