Lonnie and his crew did a wonderful job! Watching them, I had no concerns about how the furniture and (lots of) boxes were being handled. I was concerned perhaps I hadn't got the right POD for the job but, Lonnie was a pro. It was like watching a Tetris pro (if you remember that computer game). My only issue was the phone agent who took my order charged me $150.00 for an "upright piano" which was inaccurate because it was an electric keyboard piano that we moved. Be VERY careful how you describe things to the phone operator.

For the most part the service was good. There was a discrepancy with my moving blankets. I found one of my blankets had been swamped out for one of their old blankets in my garage after they left. There were also several discovered missing. They did come back and bring me 2 of my blankets and offered me others they had that weren't mine to replace the ones I was missing. I appreciated their effort to make it right but my blankets were brand new that I had just purchased and were pretty expensive. So I was not thrilled about that. I feel as though there was something shady going on but could not prove it. I also discovered that some of my boxes were just shoved in my garage instead of going where they were supposed to go, even though they were clearly labeled for my master bedroom or my office, my garage served as a dumping site for them to just complete the job. They did ask me to do a walk-through but I did not catch that those boxes were misplaced until after they had left. I also discovered one ding in the hallway that was covered by a box, so I did not see it when they initially asked me if there was any damages wasn't until I moved the box that I noticed the dent in the wall. I would just say if you use them to watch your belongings I don't know what else might turn up missing until I go looking for it.
This wasnt for profit,2 reasons making sure no one got hurt,
The other thing she said the other movers went over.i do not want you to go over.just unload big items.leave the boxes.the boxes was before funiture.The garage was stacked and labels in front we have pictures. Your order way 4 pods 2 movers 2hours.
We all go home and take care of our loved ones.i take care wife and son.both or disable.one takes care of his grandmother.all of us have reasons to work.
To call a thief to someone who has work there whole life.This is Defamation of character.we been on over 30k in jobs and 20 years in service.never a customer this petty,want summit to refund.

We are willing to help as much as we can.The more you are ready the more you save.If you want to save on time boxes packed beds disassembled.Number one thing moving blankets.Every rental place rent them.This does save time and money on loading.
