Great experience. Movers were on time and prepared. Understood well where I wanted things and were accommodating of requests to reposition or move things to different locations. They worked very efficiently, were done well under the two hours minimum time and explained the paperwork and follow up texts I'd receive to close out the job. My job entailed: 1 large Pod: some furniture, mostly boxes (90% tagged with room designations) and a few odd shaped items.

First of all, I had to reschedule the appointment due to a slight delay in getting access to the house. The person I spoke with on the phone was very courteous and helpful with the arrangement of the new appointment. On the day of the move, the movers were slightly delayed but they called to let me know. They arrived and started to work immediately, and stayed at it constantly until the work was done. They were extremely courteous and treated my items very carefully. I would definitely used them again and would recommend them to anyone needing moving services.

They did a fantastic job squeezing our stuff into every last inch of our PODS. Every time there was something that looked even remotely fragile they politely asked for any special instructions.

This two man crew (Wayne and John) were wonderful. They worked non-stop and got everything done. It was a lot of work and I was so impressed with how much they got done so quickly. They called day of to check on everything and then communicated when they thought they would be towards the time start time frame we discussed. Then they ended up being early. I really appreciated the communication. We will use them again.
