The two guys were right on time and ready to go to work. They were extremely professional and very friendly. The best complement I can give is that they were like two of you best buddies coming over to help without expecting you to buy them drinks afterwards. The were very careful with my stuff and did an amazing job of packing the truck. I definitely would use All Around Movers if I ever needed help again in Charlotte.

Our movers were great. They did arrive late, but did call to let us know they were running behind. They loaded a 26' Penske truck full from front to back and to the top within 3 hours. They were careful with our items removing them from the house. We did help bring items outside though and set them near the truck (only because we knew how long they were booked for and we wanted to make sure we got everything on the truck in that time). My only issue was when we arrived at our new location one of my wingback reclining chairs had the legs on the front completely snapped off. I believe this was due to the way the two chairs were stacked on each other and a box was set on the legs. With the bouncing of items when hitting bumps, etc. the weight broke them right off down the middle where the screws were. I would hire this company again if I have another move.

The movers called to say they were going to be a half hour late. No problem. They did not have any tools to disassemble furniture with them so they had to use ours. Their boss had to bring shrink wrap and packing tape (they were using ours) since they didn't have "the truck". He gave us plenty!! They worked hard on a very humid day. They were respectful to us. I noticed some bangs on my walls and wooded staircase. I'm sure this is to be expected. Three men did a very thorough job for 4 hours. I guess the final determination is to see the results when all is unloaded.

I swear these guys played Tetris growing up. They worked hard, quickly and managed to move some very heavy pieces of furniture without so much as a scratch on my walls. The pod was filled the brim without an inch of square space wasted! I have already hired and scheduled these guys again this coming weekend to pack my last pod they were that good.

I was more than happy with our movers. Both were friendly and worked hard on a hot morning. They arrived on time totally prepared to work. I have a five year old who can be a touch annoying, and they were patient with her. Plus, my dog seemed to like them both instantly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again in the future.

We have used All Around Movers three times. Every time we have been over joyed with the work and the care they have for our items. Matt has been on all three moves for us. Matt and Wayne are awesome. They care and work hard. They had our ABF trailer packed in no time and was able to do it in less space then we reserved which means we saved money. All Around Movers kept us informed from booking to the finish. Great customer service. If we find our selves moving back to the area we will definitely use All Around Movers. Thank You.
