The All Around Moving Team was great! They arrived on schedule, were very polite and curtious. The men worked very hard in the extreme heat and were careful with every piece of furniture and box they brought in. They worked at a good pace persevering until the very last item was out of the truck. They were so pleasant and kind, bolstering our spirits along the way as we had to deal with closing delays and the exhaustion and frustration of moving. We would highly recommend!

My movers arrived early as expected. I quickly walked them through the items needing their attention and they came up with a strategy on how to get it done quickly and without damaging anything. The job ran an hour long than expected but I appreciate them taking time to plan out how to pack the container properly. There was even room left for the smaller boxes and items which were not yet ready for them to move. I could have used some rope to keep my ottoman from falling open but neglected to ask them to bring it. They were able to cleverly use an extension cord as an alternative. The only issue was the final payment. My movers asked if I preferred to purchase my additional hour through HireAHelper or through their mobile payment app. I chose the mobile payment app but somehow I was charged an extra $253 instead of the expected $55. Lonnie reached out to me to ensure that I knew the issue had been corrected and he was able to refund my money the same day I reported the matter. To avoid this mishap in the future, it should be mandatory that all payments go through HireAHelper instead of any other payment method to cut down on human error or customer misunderstanding. I would recommend this company again.
