The two young men Jeramy and Ralph did arrive late due to circumstances beyond their control. However, they made up for the lost time and started immediately unloading the truck upon their arrival. They were hard working and courteous at all times. The blistering heat of 90 degree weather made the task that much more challenging for these young men however, they were committed to completing the job and made sure that I was satisfied with their work and that the job was considered complete. I would use them again.

All around movers were on time, prepared for work, and worked incredibly hard with a great attitude and smiles on their faces. They were respectful of my property and when I requested they use increased caution with certain pieces, they did, without hesitation. I would definitely use them again and I thought they were great. I had issues with having the appropriate key in hand for my new place, but they were patient and still worked to at least get my heaviest items off the truck and up 2 flights of stairs. They ended up being able to complete the job, and they did it without hesitation to help me in any way they could. I was really impressed. I would definitely use them again!!

I was moving from Philadelphia area to Charlotte and didn't know any good companies in Charlotte to hire. I found All Around Movers through Hire A Helper and found their ratings were very favorable. I was moving into a third floor apartment and really needed the muscles to get the furniture up three flights of stairs. I received a phone call confirmation the day before the move to indicate the movers would be there promptly by 8am. The next morning, I received a call just before 8 that they would be approximately 30 - 45 minutes late. I was initially frustrated by this as we had aligned other plans throughout the day that could be in jeopardy. However, when they did arrive, they jumped right in and got the job done. Matt and John took great care with our belongings, made quick work of it and were done within 45 minutes. They actually finished the job before the initial timeline I had booked online. Once all items were in the apartment, they offered to put furniture together and unwrap the blankets from the furniture. They folded the blankets and attached the mirror on a dresser for me. I was very pleased with the work, the effort and the customer service provided. I'd hire them again!
