I had this company three times to deliver my pods and move the boxes into my house. They were wonderful. I highly recommend them. They were quick, efficient, courteous, and worked very very hard.

Good service overall. On time and very careful with all items. Only one item was damaged-a printer was turned over when wrapping plastic around it and it leaked ink inside the printer, the mover told us once he noticed it. Very polite and efficient with overall move.

The movers just decided to quit and leave before finishing the job. There were important items such as lamps and other items they asked if needed to be loaded. I told them yes then find out that none of those items were loaded. I tipped them $200, they did not deserve that tip. I would highly recommend not using their service ever again. They refused to load any loose items that were not boxed up and they came back for the afternoon session with an attitude. They’re incompetence cost me 400 extra dollars in cleaning an extra Two days of moving. I am not happy.

Horrible experience. Booked for 10-11 arrival time. They call me at 11 - after I’ve been waiting for an hour - to say they’re not coming until 2 or 3. A full 4 to 5 hours late.
So now instead of driving between apartments around 1230, they’re gonna be driving at 4 pm LA traffic. I told dispatch I’m not paying extra if they go over on driving time, and dispatch basically said “tough, yes you are.”

Hello James, we apologize for the experience you encountered with your scheduled move with us. We understand that your move was scheduled at a specific time but unfortunately sometimes we have some delays at our previous jobs due to some jobs taking longer than expected as sometimes clients are not ready for the move, rental truck company or storage delivery company have delay at their end and we can not walk out the job site without completing the job but our dispatcher is always on top of each move to avoid delays but these incidents do occur. When we called to inform you, you agreed to have your appointment updated. When the movers arrived they made sure to finish the job within the two hours and in a professional manner.
So let me add: tell me if that’s how you want extremely stressful news delivered and handled on your moving day. “This happens sometimes, nothing we can do” is exactly how they handled it and they doubled down. I stand by my 2 star review of how they communicate about issues when they come up. Your customer service is tone deaf to the stress of a move, not particularly apologetic, and unwilling to offer any discount or limitation on the extra charges for time. Again - 4.5 hours LATER than I had scheduled. If I was 4.5 hours late to my job I would be fired.
Also “you agreed to reschedule” is so disingenuous. I didn’t have an option.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
