Relocation with College Movers
College Movers started in 2018 to provide a way for College Students to earn money while attending school. Our Students aim to not only succeed in their field of study, but also by helping you move in or out of your home. We are able to assist with loading or unloading moving trucks, heavy lifting around the home, or even odd jobs in which you simply need an extra hand. One of the guys was awesome, hard working and busted his butt. The other guy as soon as they showed up mentioned his back was hurt and wasn’t going to be able to lift very much and we were very disappointed with that. We paid for 2 guys and got 1.5 guys.. my teenage son had to bring a bunch of his friends to help. My husband had to do a lot more then he should have and now his back hurts and that is what we were trying to avoid by paying someone else.
That is terrible that was the case and we would like to apologize. Please forgive us for this as a mover with a hurt back should have never been sent your way! We would be happy to refund you the amount of that hurt mover so please get in touch with us by email to get this taken care of. Again, we are sorry this happened! This is not how we are!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect to receive a text and email confirmation on their booking.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Come the move day, the customer shoulder also expect a phone call before about 30-60 minutes before their appointment from a Lead Mover updating them on the moving crew ETA.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should prepare by renting or buying moving blankets, tie down straps, and any other moving equipment that will help the movers load/unload or pack/unpack a truck.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all types of moves. Many people enjoy hiring College Movers due to the fact that we are College Students and are paying tuition and housing therefore we are hired for all types of labor. This has included moving for Colleges, apartment complexes, all types of businesses, and even malls.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love being able to serve people. Moving is the most enjoyable labor job because you get to constantly communicate with and serve the customer.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our movers are required to watch many moving videos and read through an in-depth guide before they first join our crew. As well, every crew has a Lead Mover which is a seasoned mover given responsibilities to hold our standards high throughout the move. This is the mover with whom you will communicate the most.
