Absolutely fantastic moving experience. These guys worked their a**es off and did not pause for more than a second. The truck was packed to perfection and very heavy/hard lifting was completed without an issue. I would recommend and use them again.

They didn't pay much attention to the boxes labelled, "fragile". They kept handling them very nonchalantly and stacking them under heavier boxes. They also broke my crockpot. They didn't offer any compensation. Granted, the guys were only in their early 20's so they probably didn't think about it. The guy that broke it was very apologetic. I will call the main office to see what they do about broken items. So overall I'd say not bad, but not great either.

Mover's response:
I spoke with the crew on this move and was told that nothing at all was broken and they stacked fragile boxes on top as always. The guys are in their 20s and have been doing this line of work since their teen years, so they are very well trained, and have plenty of experience. I never heard from this customer pertaining her “broken crock pot” or anything else either…& this move was last week! When I asked the crew who was apologetic based on this customer’s review and both said nobody apologized for anything as nothing got broken. Standard procedure would be for them to contact the office if something gets broken or damaged so that we can handle it in the office. Not sure why this customer expected cash out of the workers pockets for alleged broken items and never even contacted us about it. We are happy to have replaced any items our crew may have damaged/broken; however if the customer is not letting us know anything until they write a bad review, then we weren’t really even given an opportunity to correct anything. Very irritating. Our multitude of 5 stars and happy customers shows that our guys are great at what they do. They are claiming that the guys handled the fragile boxes “nonchalantly” and supposedly stacked them under heavy boxes, (our guys are trained by the owner of the company and I know that this is never the case) yet no claims of broken items besides a crock pot??? Make it make sense. Hurting small businesses by posting false accusations definitely is disheartening.

The guys were early, which worked well for us (they called us first to be sure it was ok to come early). They were competent, polite, and did a fantastic job strategizing and packing stuff into our truck. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely use them again if we weren't moving out of the area.

I know the time of arrival said 9-10 am, but they showed up right before 10 am, which pushed our schedule back further. I was told they would bring a dolly, but they did not. Luckily we had gotten one in order to move stuff to our cars, and they used that. The first half of their time seemed to be going well. However, the last hour was pretty slow. I told them to use the moving blankets on the couch, and they didn't use them causing it to get damaged and blackened. I also bought rope for the truck to tie off sections, which they didn't use. They were all pretty young and didn't seem experienced in loading a truck.

Mover's response:
VERY disheartening to see such a review. Customer never complained of anything when asking how everything went, they said it went great. Our guys are in their 20’s, which is pretty normal for this kind of job, & two of her crew members have been with the company since they were 17 and have a ton of experience in loading trucks. We also always have Dollie’s on hand, which were probably in their vehicle (the guys don’t always use Dollie’s for appliances and sometimes use straps instead, depending on how the house is set up) and if a customer requests a couch to be wrapped, we always do per request if they provide material, so I asked the guys about this couch (that I’ve not heard anything about until now) and was told that the couch was snugly loaded and customer said something about “we could’ve wrapped it with blankets” AFTER everything was already loaded into the truck, (also, couches typically are wrapped with plastic wrap, not blankets) they offered to unload everything to wrap it & she said no. (we use moving blankets on anything that can get scratched/dented/damaged and anything else requested prior to the loading as long as they provide the blankets on one way moves.) This also was only a load, and they drove across the country and had another team unloading on the other end. The customer complained about us actually getting there within the time frame and had ten min to spare & still got the job done in the three hours that we were hired for. Blaming our crew for their schedule is absurd when we showed up on time and had it completed in 100degree weather within the time frame they hired us for. No complaints of damages or anything when asked how it went, yet gets online to type this up…
