The movers arrived on time and were polite. Unfortunately, because of the way the truck was loaded some of our furniture was scratched and damaged. We provided moving blankets which could have protected our furniture from scratching, but only a few of them were used. Our chest freezer had been left to thaw in the basement and was loaded without being dumped of water. Yes, our responsibility, but this could have been prevented if the movers had double checked before loading. It leaked all over our box spring. I would not use these movers again.
The refrigerator was empty. We did not do anything that changed the condition of the items.

They were a bit late due to another job running long (so not their fault - just noting it here) but did a wonderful job when they got here (and they were communicative about the delay and their pending arrival. They then moved everything so fast (yet carefully) that they actually finished 30 mins before their allotted time, at which point they offered to put something together for us to use up the remainder of the time. Will use again

What a pleasure they were to work with. They kept in regular contact, let me know when they were on their way, and we’re right on time. They were very friendly and worked extremely hard. I was sure they would need more than 2 hours but they did not. Definitely recommend.

This was my first time hiring ANY one to help me move. I've always been the "offer my friends brews and pizza to help me and end up tired and cranky when the day is done" mover. That was BEYOND NOT the case with this move. The guys showed up promptly at 9, and worked mega quickly to get my truck packed. I was worried initially because I ended up with a smaller truck than I originally intended and was so worried that they wouldn't be able to fit all the big, heavier stuff in one trip (I was on a serious budget) but they were master packers (jigsaw puzzles must be no stranger to them!) and they fit it all easily in one trip. They took good care of my things as well. If and when I move again, I will most definitely be using them and highly recommend them to anyone looking to move in the Indy area!
