My partner and I moved to Indianapolis about 2 weeks ago. We had a hell of a time getting the moving van packed and we drove late into the night all the way from Alabama and crashed at a hotel for the night before signing lease first thing in the morning and then having to start the move. To put it bluntly we were **** tired. We had scheduled the movers to come after the lease signing and Chuck and Carter showed up right on time and came over to greet us. They really took over at that point laying down protective mats to ensure our floors weren't damanged and asking for a general rundown of how we wanted the moving vehicle unpacked. We were tired but thought it would be polite to help out, but Carter quickly informed us that they were here to move our stuff and we didn't need to lift a finger. (We were very relieved to hear that.) We sat back and they did an excellent job of unpacking our stuff pausing only to ask us where we needed things to go. They made quick work of our moving vehicle. They even assisted us with putting our bed frame back together. They were such helpful workers that we asked them for their cellphone number and we hired them to come back and to hang up our curtains. They seem to be a full service shop and they are efficient and great at what they do! Five stars from me!
