Just don't use these guys. I've moved numerous times over a decade and they were by far the worst. Coordination was fine and they were on time. But the pace of work and efficiency was extremely disappointing compared to other movers/unloaders I've had. Save yourself money and frustration by going with another company. I should have listened to the negative reviews.

Isaac was great, unfortunately the helper he had with him was very slow and to be honest somewhat lazy. Isaac kept having to call him to see where he was and what he was doing. All in all the heavy lifting was truly appreciated.

I scheduled 3 helpers for 10 AM to 1 PM service.
One arrived by public transportation at 10:30 AM
and wasn't sure how he was to be paid. It was suggested by his
"boss"(which by the way is Dutch and spelled backwards is double "S-O-B")
that the customer would pay him in cash even though the service was prepaid
by credit card, and the other two "helpers" arrived at 3:15 and 3:30 respectively
after supposedly driving at break neck speed from Gig Harbor, 78 miles away.
These two "helpers" let us know at 1:00 PM that they would be arriving at 3:24 PM. I was driven by them to an ATM machine to make sure they got their $20
tips after they did one thing: Moving a relatively light spinet piano which myself
and my 10:30 guy could have done if necessary. I was charged the full amount
of the original agreement minus $100 and was told that that was to be my own
compensation for doing half the job myself and for 6 hours. A partial refund and an apology wouldn't have been amiss, but there it is. Thanks for the interest. You can be sure it won't happen again. Well done.
