Packed things well
The issue I had is with the administration. The website asked if I had a piano. I said yes. It asked if it was an upright or studio. I said studio which it is. The website asked if it was over 300 pounds. I said yes.
The guys didn’t want to pack because they said it was more than 300 lbs. the website needs to be more clear and forthright about items like this. I was given an ultimatum of pay or not pack it. Please adjust your website to have more clarity and communicate with the team of loaders.

the guys were really nice and fun! the only issue i had was they didn’t wrap any of my things. i had to take the initiative to wrap the fragile items such as mirrors, tv’s, etc. my mattress has to get cleaned because it’s so dirty! i’m used to movers automatically bringing materials to wrap your things for you. and the fact that i was moving across the country… i felt that the wrapping process was crucial. but we live and learn, right?!

The guys were on time and exceeded my expectations immensely. They were thoughtful with their actions and took great care of my things. Always with a smile on their face. AND they are excellent at directing me in backing my 26 ft U-Haul around a 45 degree angle with limited space. I highly recommend this company. 15 stars!!!

Have items organized with all boxes closed and secured and not packed to heavily. Any items that are very fragile please have pre wrapped with bubble wrap etc or have materials so we can do so
