They showed up right when they said they would and did not waste any time getting everything down the stairs and neatly loaded into the POD.

We have a wood staircase and movers were letting our totes slide down the stairs rather than carry them. When I brought to their attention that our stairs were getting scratched up one of the movers denied it was happening and had an attitude when I told them they had to stop doing it. They also abruptly stopped working when allotted time was up knowing more items needed to be moved and packed in our POD. It would have been beneficial for them to communicate they would not be able to stay beyond their scheduled time allowing us to prioritize and ensure some items could be packed before they left.

All-Star Movers did an excellent job off-loading my truck and moving the furniture into the house and placing the items into the designated rooms. Some items were very heavy and cumbersome but they took great care in moving them, resulting in no damage or breakage.

I was very satisfied with my service from All-Star Movers. The movers were polite and worked efficiently to complete the job within the scheduled time frame. My service included unloading 16' of a moving trailer (3 bedroom house) into a condominium. There was no easy way to access the building so a lot of (literal) extra steps and up a few stairs had to be taken just to get the items into the building, and then up the elevator to my unit. They guys were champs and worked great together, creating a role for each person to fulfill, to make the process run smoothly. I appreciated this the most. They were careful with my belongings and provided a pleasing experience. I would surely recommend using them for your moving service!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call/text with a expected time of arrival, and a final check to see if you need any addtional items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best preparation is done by having all items boxed and ready to go prior to arrival. It's also helpful to have a clear idea of what items are going and what items are not going on the upcoming move, in the case that all items are not going. Its also helpful to make it known which items are "must go" items, and which items are "if we have room left" items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled a wide range of moves including local, long distance, office, and just about every type of move that comes to mind. We have been to 48 states during our time doing long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We have 2 favorite parts when it comes to moving. The 1st favorite is the challenge of loading items, and the game of tetris that comes with it. The 2nd favorite part is the physical workout that comes with moving, it keeps us in shape.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers on proper lifting techniques, proper loading techniques, and the many ways to protect furniture as well as protecting the floors, walls, and doorways of the house.
