The two Guys . we're awesome .. arrived about 3 minutes past 7 am .. had scheduled from 7 a.m to 8am arrival time !! Very polite and professional. They were finished unloading at a nice steady pace .. it was hot and humid today but they still were very courteous and hardworking ...Asking, if I needed anything else after unloading my Pack Rat Container.. I looked at my watch, so asked if they please put my bed together and they did !! (they still had time to put my bed together in just under 2 hours) When they were finished with the bed ..asked if I needed anything else done and to please call them if we need anything else moved. We will.. if we do ..Thank you again !! I'm really bad at remembering names but think it was TJ and another gentleman ( forgot who the other gentleman was) but would definitely use ( hopefully will never have to move again ) but if I do I will use them and definitely recommend them !!Best Regards, The Marti's

The Moseley brothers were fantastic. They called when a previous job took longer than expected. They arrived by the updated ETA. They were fast and courteous. They were respectful of the property and the people at the house. I definitely recommend them, and I would use them again.

All-Star Movers were excellent! Jonathan called to confirm my order and to answer any questions. He was pleasant, helpful and professional. They arrived on time, worked hard, were friendly, and did a great job packing the PODS unit. I would hire them again, and I would definitely recommend them.

When i opened my truck i had a busted table, busted trash can and busted tv. I took all pictures of everything broke. It was the worse packing job ive ever seen.

The guys were courteous and on time. They worked hard but I got the impression they had little training on loading a moving truck. In the beginning they were attentive and respectful of our belongings, using furniture pads to protect our things. As time went on, they were more careless with our things and just started piling them on the truck. Many of our items ended up damaged in the process, but nothing was completely destroyed. Mostly scratched and banged up which was disappointing. I just wish I had been more attentive to how things were being loaded and I think many of the issues could've been avoided.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call/text with a expected time of arrival, and a final check to see if you need any addtional items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best preparation is done by having all items boxed and ready to go prior to arrival. It's also helpful to have a clear idea of what items are going and what items are not going on the upcoming move, in the case that all items are not going. Its also helpful to make it known which items are "must go" items, and which items are "if we have room left" items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled a wide range of moves including local, long distance, office, and just about every type of move that comes to mind. We have been to 48 states during our time doing long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We have 2 favorite parts when it comes to moving. The 1st favorite is the challenge of loading items, and the game of tetris that comes with it. The 2nd favorite part is the physical workout that comes with moving, it keeps us in shape.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers on proper lifting techniques, proper loading techniques, and the many ways to protect furniture as well as protecting the floors, walls, and doorways of the house.
